GOFEX 400 contains ibuprofen, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Anyone with hypersensitivities to aspirin and other NSAIDs should avoid using GOFEX 400. GOFEX 400 is not suitable for people who have peptic ulcers as it may irritate the gut lining.

It is not recommended to use GOFEX while using blood thinning medications like aspirin, warfarin etc. as it may increase the risk of bleeding. Please consult your doctor before using GOFEX in such cases.
